When I tell people about the Mindfulness Strength Flow way of training, the more intense athletes feel "it'll probably be too easy" and the beginner athletes worry that it'll be "too hard". So, ley me set a few things straight about my favorite way of training:
you can absolutely work at any level in which you find yourself - on any given day!
you will increase strength endurance
you will increase your flexibility
you will strength your core
you will work on your entire body
you will increase the muscular definition and enjoy the recovery caloric burn HOURS after the actual workout
you will devote this workout time to breathing and mindfulness as well as awareness of form and the most intricate parts of training
you will reap so many benefits via a low impact workout
Week one
Short breath work before the training
Dive into a core and stretch flow
Close the practice with a short mindfulness practice
Week two

Dive into total body strength, core and stretch flow
